# Nirupama End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to Nirupama, the bot software, and any related client-side or operator-controlled components distributed with it. By inviting, using, or interacting with Nirupama, you agree to this EULA.

## 1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, the bot owner grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to interact with Nirupama as intended through Discord and the related website.

## 2. Restrictions

You may not:

- copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the bot except where law allows it,
- modify, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the bot as if it were your own,
- remove notices, branding, or attribution from the bot or website,
- use the bot to build a competing service using its prompts, outputs, or behavior in a way that violates the operator's rights,
- bypass technical limits, access controls, or rate limits,
- use the bot for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

## 3. Ownership

The bot, its name, branding, prompts, configuration logic, and related documentation are owned by the bot owner or their licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.

## 4. Third-Party Components

Nirupama relies on Discord and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. This EULA does not grant you any rights in those services.

## 5. Updates and Changes

The bot may be updated, altered, or replaced at any time. Features, behaviors, and outputs may change without notice.

## 6. User Content and Outputs

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the rights necessary for the bot to process it and provide a response. The bot's outputs are generated automatically and may not be unique, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

## 7. No Warranty

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the bot owner is not liable for damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the bot, including damages caused by third-party services, outages, or user misconduct.

## 9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this EULA, the Terms of Service, or the Privacy Policy. The bot owner may revoke access at any time.

## 10. Severability

If any part of this EULA is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.
