# Nirupama Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Nirupama, including the bot, the related website, and any features controlled by the bot owner. By inviting, configuring, accessing, or using Nirupama, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Acceptance

If you do not agree with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the EULA, do not invite or use Nirupama. Server owners, administrators, and other people who add the bot are responsible for making these documents available to the members of their server.

## 2. Eligibility and Authority

You must have authority to invite or use Nirupama in the server where it is installed. The person adding the bot represents that they are permitted to do so and that they will ensure members can access the applicable legal documents.

To the extent permitted by law, continued use of the bot after these documents are made available may be treated as acceptance by the server's members. If any member does not agree, they should not use the bot and the bot should be removed from the server.

## 3. Service Description

Nirupama provides features that may include AI chat, message statistics, activity graphs, ship compatibility analysis, moderation-adjacent utilities, fun commands, and administrative controls. Features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nirupama to:

- violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law,
- harass, threaten, dox, or abuse others,
- send spam, malware, or malicious content,
- attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures,
- misuse the bot to process content you do not have the right to submit,
- interfere with the bot's operation or monitoring systems,
- use the bot in a way that would create legal or safety risk for the operator.

## 5. AI Features

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or misleading. They are generated automatically and should not be treated as professional advice, factual certainty, or a substitute for human judgment.

You are responsible for reviewing any content you send to the AI and for any decisions you make based on the response.

## 6. Data and Content Responsibility

The server owner or administrator is responsible for telling members that the bot is present, what it collects, and where the Privacy Policy and EULA can be reviewed.

Users are responsible for the content they submit through the bot. Do not send information you are not permitted to share.

## 7. Availability and Changes

We may suspend, limit, update, or discontinue the bot or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, response time, or that any particular command will remain available.

## 8. Third-Party Services

Nirupama depends on third-party services such as Discord, Groq, Supabase, GitHub, and monitoring providers. Their availability, restrictions, and policies may affect the bot. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by those services.

## 9. Intellectual Property

The bot owner retains ownership of Nirupama, its code, branding, prompt materials, and related site content, except for third-party components and content owned by others.

## 10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to the bot for abuse, security concerns, legal reasons, or operational necessity. Server owners may remove the bot at any time.

## 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nirupama is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

## 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the bot owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, user content, misuse, or service interruptions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

## 13. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the bot owner from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the bot, violation of these Terms, or violation of the rights of others.

## 14. Governing Law and Disputes

Where permitted, disputes will be governed by the laws applicable to the bot owner, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a specific forum or venue is required, it should be stated here by the operator after obtaining local legal advice.

## 15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The website may require renewed acceptance after material changes.
